CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure a reservation we do require a credit card number or Gift
Certificate Number, keeping in mind seven (7) days notice for a
change or cancellation is required on any package bookings and
three (3) days notice for a change or cancellation on individual
treatments.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Failure to provide proper notice will result in a full charge to your
credit card or void of your Gift Certificate.
NO SHOWS
Failure to show up will result in a full charge applied to your
credit card or the void of your gift certificates.
ARRIVING ON TIME
It is very disappointing to lose a portion of your treatment due
to a late arrival. We therefore strongly encourage you to arrive at
least 15 minutes early. Although a full charge will apply, we cannot
start a treatment if you are more then 15 minutes late.
Those arriving for a Morning or Day package should arrive by 9:00 am
so that you may enjoy breakfast.
When contemplating the Overnight Escape package, please keep in mind
that Check-in is required a half hour before your scheduled spa start time.
